Applicant Contact Information
The applicant contact information web-form includes the primary and secondary applicants' full contact information.
All email correspondence from the Grant Portal is sent to the Primary Contact's email address. If you are expecting an email from the Grant Portal and don't find it in your email inbox, check your email SPAM and JUNK folders as it may have been delivered there.
NOTE: IF YOU CHANGE THE PRIMARY CONTACT'S EMAIL ADDRESS, YOU WILL NEED THE PRIMARY CONTACT'S NEW EMAIL ADDRESS TO ACCESS YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION GOING FORWARD.
